A small pharmaceutical company were looking to expand their manufacturing capacity which required a novel approach to their business expansion. This required a number of potential process, operational and manufacturing options to be considered for presentation to the company’s stakeholders. Following this we undertook feasibility studies on 3 short listed options to review an impact analysis and ascertain the way forward.
We were then tasked to provide a proof of concept to develop the most promising option to include the design of a novel process which is presently being considered for patent. A test skid and full scale production run is currently on stability trials. Over £130,000 of professional services fees and the inclusion of a feasibility test rig formed part of the overall project support.
