A large generic company purchased a facility and equipment that had been left redundant for a number of years in the North East and the task was to support the client getting equipment fully running and meeting in house and regulatory requirements in the shortest possible time. The OEM declined to support the customer so Epsilon stepped in and set about undertaking an impact study then integration of the work and necessary upgrades to recommission and qualify OSD equipment successfully enabling the customer to produce qualification and stability batches. The successful work resulted in two additional packages which are starting early 2019.
