Epsilon are pleased to announce a new contract circa £300k for the upgrade and qualification of oral solid dose equipment that has previously been mothballed.
A company on the South East coast are bringing an existing facility back up to full GMP, which also requires the upgrade and recommissioning of an existing granulation suite that has been out of service for a number of years. Epsilon have been tasked with providing full 21CFR controls including new PLC, new touchscreen HMI and replacement control panels along with additional explosion protection and environmental upgrade in the form of police filters. In addition the granulator is to have a complete upgrade with full mechanical and controls modification to bring it up to current regulatory compliance.
Coupled with rewiring throughout and repolishing the overall requirement is to make the suite ‘look like new’ at the fraction of the cost of replacement equipment.
