Epsilon is looking for a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our specialist engineering team in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. Working alongside our experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be involved in the full project lifecycle, from client discussions and site surveys through to installation and commissioning. Fiyin Dosunmu, Projects Engineer Joins Epsilon

We're delighted that Fiyin has joined Epsilon as an experienced Projects Engineer supporting existing and new clients alike.

With a background in process related projects and design underpinned by a BEng in Chemical Engineering, he will be fully involved in the delivery and execution of bespoke projects and brings additional depth to our existing resources. Fiyin has previously specialised in process design, modelling and optimisation.

Epsilon Pharmaservices' new Final Assembly Building

New Final Assembly Building Completed at Epsilon

We’re excited to announce the completion of our new 150m² energy-efficient assembly building, now fully commissioned and in use. This £350,000 self-funded investment expands our final assembly space and includes a clean area for FATs, a wet room for feasibility trials, and a storage and workshop zone. With an A+ energy rating thanks to ASHP and high-spec insulation, the facility supports growing demand while meeting strict environmental and quality standards.

Epsilon is proud to join the Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre’s Continuous Manufacturing Consortium. Selected as the engineering partner for a bespoke containment solution, we delivered a £600k upgrade for a novel continuous dry compression suite—completed on time and under budget. Following its success, we were awarded a second project to design and implement a wash-in-place system.

OSD Equipment for a leading generics manufacturer

Major Investment in Existing OSD Equipment – South East

Epsilon is pleased to announce a major project award from a leading generics manufacturer on the south east coast. The £500k+ project involves upgrading solid dose equipment to meet current standards, including new controls, air handling, safety systems, and full refurbishment. With full ATEX certification and CE marking, the work is set for completion in early 2020.
